I had the pleasure of going to Pingry School on Sunday to see the SF and Final rounds of this well run L1 tournament. The setting could not have been better. The weather was 77 to 82 degrees with a 7mph wind out of the SW. I had a folding lawn chair. The only thing missing was an umbrella and Pina Colada. The players played with grit and determination. It wetted my appetite for the upcoming US Open tomorrow. Our star player Gianna Rosato competed and lost in the SF but won her 3rd place match 7-5, 6-2 over the talented Brooke Hess. Congratulations to Super G!! Keep up the good work!!
